Bobby joined Calko Group in January 2025 as Production Manager at our Swanton, Vermont facility and was recenty promoted to Plant Manager.
Bobby’s background includes eight years of leadership experience in lean manufacturing, primarily within the food industry.
He has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering continuous improvement.
His approach emphasizes team collaboration and sustainable process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Outside of work Bobby enjoys weekend getaways with his family and is also an avid disc golfer in his spare time.
