Joanna holds a degree in Business Administration and previously served as the company’s Customer Service Manager as well as Operations Manager. Her skills, expertise and dedication through her years at Calko earned her the promotion to VP of Operations in 2019. Joanna enjoys weekend getaway travel, mystery novels, music and dinner outings with her closest friends in her spare time.
